On initial consultation we will complete a Record Card. This will include your contact details, work and lifestyle activities, illnesses, accidents and injuries, as well as discussion on your current issues/aches and pains; a basic medical history.

Following this there will be neurological and orthopaedic testing to elicit the cause of your pain or discomfort and an explanation of the results and treatment.

Once any questions have been asked and we are both satisfied that there are no red flags or contra-indications to Chiropractic, the treatment can begin.

N.b. In order to do a full, safe and comprehensive assessment and treatment, it is better if you undress to your underwear/similar clothing. However, please wear the provided modesty gown if you feel the need to do so. You may also bring a chaperone with you if you wish.
